The Language of our Liturgy
Using the language of God’s presence, love, and tender forgiveness in liturgy is vital because how we pray shapes what we believe and how we live. When our worship speaks of a God who is near, merciful, and welcoming, it draws us toward compassion, trust, and hope. Moving away from images of an absent or punitive deity allows our liturgy to become an encounter with Holy Mystery — a living expression of grace that heals, includes, and renews the community of faith
